What about the Polymer Elastic Mattress cover and pillow cover?

The cover has two kinds (inner cover and outer cover). The outer cover is called air mesh cover having a net structure and breathable face, which can keep its surface dry and crisp, and make people feel comfortable. When in summer, you can put a bed sheet on the cover; and when winter comes, you can put a blanket on the cover. The inner cover is made of T/C fabric; it is durable and breathable too.

What is the difference between Polymer Elastic Mattress and Low Resilience Mattress?

The major difference lies in below: Polymer Elastic Mattress is not prone to night sweat, and can keep a comfortable sleep for many years. It is the unique 3D structure that brings it a breathable characteristic and makes it dry and crisp in normal using.

It seems contradict between breathable ability and heat insulation, can you explain it?

There are 90% airs in our mattress cores. In winter, because of the heat insulation function of air, the air in the mattress core will not let the heat losses; but in summer, because of the function of air evaporation, sweat can be evaporated (we often perspire in summer, but feel cold in winter). Moreover, these two functions together make the heat distributed timely and easily, so as to not let people feel sweltering in any season. In short, the air layer in the mattress core is playing an important part in the function of dry and crisp, weltering resistance, and heat insulation.

Is it available to put it on thick mattress or cotton-padded mattress?

Yes, it is available. And it will be better to be used in a combination than it is used separately.

The covers can be washed?

Yes, it can be washed, but when you do it, you had better not use bleacher.

Does it mildew or breed dustmites?

Polymer Elastic Mattress is breathable and not prone to moisture absorbing, so it is swelter resistance and mildewproof.

Are children available?

Polymer Elastic Mattress has reasonable hardness and holds suitable air space, so it is freely and healthy to be used by children and babies, and especially for the children who perspire heavily at night.

Does it smell bad? Does it dissolve?

Please rest assured that it will not. Because it is made of the new resin material which is also used in medical equipment, so it does not have the bad smells of rubber and polyurethane.

Is it can be used together with electric blanket?

It can not. Polymer Elastic Mattress has a good effect of heat preservation and heat insulation, and it can provide a good and reasonable support to human bodies by its 3D structure. If using electric blanket, the higher temperature will destroy its inner structure and supporting abilities, so it can not be used. Furthermore, the hot-water bag also can Not be used.

What is the longevity of your mattress?

Our mattress can be used for a long time (test shows it can last for 5 years). The life span of covers bases on its working conditions.

Is it recyclable? Or is it can be destroyed as waste?

Yes, it is recyclable. If you decide to change a new one, then the old can be recycled by us or some other plastic companies. If you decide to destroy it, then it is also to be ok, for there is no harmful substance emitted, such as dioxin and etc.

Does it sag down or collapse?

Polymer Elastic Mattress is structured by superfine resin fibers with a unique 3D form. The joint between each fiber is interwoven in a way of welding, which can scatter pressures and give an evenly support for human bodies. In addition, because of the good toughness of superfine fiber itself, it is also helpful to make it NOT sag down.

Is it noisy?

From the point of its structure, Polymer Elastic Mattress core can be compressed and stretched freely, and it will not come out with the grating voice between two fibers when it is in using; from the point of techniques, the superfine fiber is also helpful to eliminate the grating sound. Furthermore, the 3D structure and this superfine fiber can weaken the transverse vibration along the horizontal direction, because the inner structure is just like thousands of springs.

Either side is available for using?

Yes, either side is ok. Our mattress cores and covers are symmetrical in both sides. The air mesh cover is a kind of sweat absorbing, moisture soaking and with network structure material.

Are mattress cores can be washed?

Yes, and please wash it using cool water or warm water with a temperature below 40°C, and dry it in a clean environment without dust and sand.

Any special treatment needed after washing?

Please donot use bedding dryers. It is suggested to do it in a shady place when you need to get it dry; but if you really want to expose it into the sunshine, please control the time and do it less than 1 hour.

Is it available to cooperate with other bedclothing?

To put a hard or heavy cushion or mat on it is not suggested, but a bed sheet or blanket is available.

Do you sell the mattress or pillow cores and covers separately?

Yes, it is available. Our main products are the mattress and pillow cores, but covers also can be provided if needing.
