GMT Formwork---Green Construction Material in 21st Century
GMT (Glass Mat reinforced Thermoplastics) material is a new kind of environmental friendly engineering plastics. In 2000, the GMT Formwork has been successfully developed and put into use in the country of America, South Korea, Japan, and many European countries. It is the best substitute of plywood formwork, steel formwork, and can be repeated using for 50 times and is available for recycling. Moreover, this project has been brought into our national “863 program” in 2007. Basing on this program, Xinjie Group invested 100 million Yuan brought into the most advanced automatic production equipment under the cooperation of Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, aiming to make the GMT material product into the application of construction industry. Furthermore, our GMT Formwork can operate under the temperature of minus 20°C and 60°C, and can have a tight joint of each two pieces of formwork and stop cement leaking.

4, Unique Surface Design---Good Molding Performance
The GMT formwork has been done special treatment on its rough surface, so it is abrasion resistance, attaching well with concrete, and no need releasing agent. The concrete surface after removal of formwork is smooth and flat, and beautiful to see. The removed formwork has no concrete stuck, and is easy to be reused.
